Please note our adjusted shipping schedule over the Christmas period.
Last shipping day: Tuesday 16 December
Order cutoff: Saturday 13 December
Orders placed on Sunday 14 December may be shipped if possible but are not guaranteed.
Orders placed from Monday 15 December will be held and shipped when we return.
Shipping resumes: Monday 5 January 2026
There may be a backlog during the first week back. We will process orders as quickly as possible.
Quarantine States (WA / NT / TAS)
We remain fully certified to ship to WA, NT and TAS.
Strict cut-off dates apply:
Northern Territory: Order by Monday 8 December — ships Friday 12 December
Western Australia: Order by Monday 8 December — ships Monday 15 December
Tasmania: Order by Friday 12 December — ships Monday 15 December
These dates may shift if QLD Biosecurity inspection schedules change. We will advise immediately if adjustments are required.
Next quarantine-state shipping after the break:
NT: Friday 9 January
WA & TAS: Monday 12 January

Delivery Considerations
Order early — delivery times are slower during December
Plants typically remain healthy in transit for up to 2–3 weeks
Signature on Delivery means the parcel will be taken to the post office if nobody is available to receive it
Select Authority to Leave if you prefer the parcel left at your address
Check your spam/junk folders for tracking emails

Click & Collect will be available during the break on limited days.
