Recently I made a sizeable purchase through another plant online store the jungle collective and was nothing short of ripped off, plants cams half dead and infested with fungus and pests. Customer service Waa disgusting minimal refund was given and then when trying to communicate with them they decide to stop answering my emails.
I was extremely hessistant to buy plants online without first looking at reviews and even then still was unsure. I'm so happy to have been brave enough to trust uprooted, my plants arrive very quickly and in perfect condition!! The way they pack the plants means that they do not move, they were wrapped perfectly I will now be purchasing my plants from here in the future!!

Recently received 5 plants, one of them this chain of hearts, and I was pleasantly surprised. All plants were in perfect condition and much bigger than I expected them to be. Packaging was amazing. Thank you I will definitely order again.

While all the other plant companies are sending out plants wrapped with mounds of damp, clunky tissue paper my two perfect, exquisite Anthurium Clarinevium arrived in packaging that can only be described as “engineered”, a definite example of working smarter and not harder and the result, 2 plants seemingly suspended in mid air, like something out of Mission Impossible (the first movie) 😆 but true! After opening the box the only thing between me and my two darlings was a sheet of tissue that folded back (no wrestling with sticky tape), just s-w-i-s-h💫 to reveal the immaculate healthy perfection of these two precious plants, who looked as fresh and untouched as if they had not traveled at all. Received a restock email and immediately chose one of these beauties. Uprooted was great and contacted me when the condition of the plant I originally chose had changed since the photos listed on their website.
